Our recipe for fantastic Wedges hasn’t changed much in recent years. Great spin. Pure feel. Sleek shape and versatile sole grinds. That’s what makes Cleveland Golf Wedges a mainstay in bags the world over. This is CBZ with Z-Alloy. A new recipe, with an all-new steel, for our greatest achievement in game improvement Wedges to date.

For Wedges, feel is everything. Soft but structured. Solid and forgiving. Cavity back CBZ Wedges with Z-Alloy. Formed for Forgiveness. Formed for Feel. After years of mixing, melting, and refining, we created a new steel that beats our old metals in every measurable parameter we have.

Technology & features

• Z-Alloy: a brand-new steel created by Cleveland Golf for a better feel – softer, lighter and remarkably durable. Z-Alloy is less dense than 431 steel, and CBZ Wedges are 25% softer* than CBX 4 ZipCore Wedges.
• Lưng cavity: cavity back design and ZipCore Technology centralize the sweet spot (instead of heel-sided); packed with MOI for more successful shots.
• GelBack TPU: a TPU insert behind the sweet spot dampens vibrations and enhances feel on every shot.
• HydraZip & UltiZip: face blasts and laser-milled lines maximize spin in wet conditions; sharper, deeper grooves for stronger, more consistent spin from any lie.
• ZipCore: a low-density core replaces heavier material in the heel and hosel, shifting the CG closer to impact and adding MOI.
• Tuỳ chọn Full-Face: hosel-to-toe grooves and a high-toe profile for more spin on off-center shots and creative open-face shots.
• Grind chọn sẵn theo loft: Gap wedge V-shaped sole, 12° bounce; Sand wedge S-shaped sole, 14° bounce; Lob wedge C-shaped sole with extra heel and toe relief (Full-Face: 12° / 12° / 10° bounce).
• * Based on Cleveland Golf R&D measurement of material hardness vs CBX 4 ZipCore Wedges using the Vickers Hardness Scale.
